Irresponsible behavior, Misguidance and threat by China Southern staff

Within few days, I have plan to do sue against China Southern airline due to subject matter.

I booked my flight (China southern) from korea to pakistan through routes (Seoul-Beijing-Urumq1-ISB) on 15 April.
My flight CZ4506 flew from Incheon, seoul 3 hours late due to the technical problem. When I got to know that our flight is late due to technical problem, I infomed the staff about my next flight that had to flew 2 hours after my flight if arrive on regular time. Staff said that my information has already been sent to the beijing terminal and they will settle this problem when i will arrive there.
After arriving late in beijing, staff told me that all flights already have gone today and there is no flight untill 2 days. They said that they will keep me in hotel.
When I was exiting the terminal, China immigration have created problem and said that I cant enter the Beijing city because I dont have visa. After some time they issued me only 24 hours entry visa. Please remember that if immigration issued me 48hours visa then I was in position to catch the next flight.
In that situation, china southern staff instead to cooperate and arrange some alternative, they warne me that I should book my new ticket and should leave the beijing with 24 hours otherwise it would be very bad for me. They threat me and made me confused. At that time, I did not have money or credit card. I contacted my brother and he book new ticket (beijing-hongkong-isb) by borrowing money from someone.
One thing more to remember that staff told me that company will return my remaining money.
But unfortunately, after arriving in pakistan after a very tough flight, when I apply for refund, then my agent has only given me 50% refund.
One thing to note that my flight total air time was 8:30 hours and I only used the 2 hours. So I should be refunded around 75% money back.
As I was totally responsibility of company and it clearly showed that company did not fulfill its duty and responsiblity so I have contacted to my Lawyer and now we will do due within very short time.
