I am a hilton honors member and received numerous calls to view hilton vacation club i finally did it i was lied to charge upgrade fees for upgrading received a room with black mold and infestaion and numerous complaints they switch my room and the marketing team told me for my inconvience they would give me a huge discount on universal tickets and talk directly to hotel about crediting the miserable night they said they were booking thru expedia the lowest price for tickets i wanted fl resident they said universal dosent do that anymore they basically strong arm me into sighning the chg receipt saying my 190.00 discount was taken off when i asked for a itemized receipt they refused so i checked while i was there universal does have fl resident i asked to cancel the transaction i did trust them everything they said was lies they refused saying too late no refunds i overpaid for basic tickets over paid for my rooms called everyone either they say too bad or we will look into it and no response (407) 722-3100
