I used cheapoair to buy some flights to India. The money for the flights went through fine, in September. On the 13th of February, I noticed that they had also taken out £9.90 from my bank, for no apparent reason. I phoned up to complain, only to speak to someone in India who immediately said 'ok, refund'. When I asked about the money. He said 'anything else I can help with today?', and I asked why they had taken the money. He again replied 'yes, refund'.'Anything else?', I asked again why the money had been taken, and he said that I had looked up my seating plan online. To me, this means they may be taking money from people's accounts, hoping they won't notice. He agreed to refund me without question, so I expect within 2 days my money will be returned. Just keep an eye on your banks if you use this company!!!
