The Imperial Majesty cruise rip-off has been extended to Ireland, Europe. Last night my mother in law phoned me to tell me of two phone calls received from an Imperial Majesty Cruises representative. The first call on Monday 22nd November was a survey on cruises which she answered, she was told she would be entered into a competition for a free holiday. Lo and behold on Tuesday 23rd she received another call to say her name had been drawn and gave a complete speil on her winning's. A cruise for 2 people 3400 but you could then add 2 more people free. The poor woman couldn't take it all in and asked them would they send her the information. At this point she was asked if she had a credit card and was then asked the expiry date on the card. My mother in law began to feel uncomfortable at this stage and said she hadn't got the card to hand, she was asked to go get it. Once she gave the expiry date she was asked for the card number. Thankfully she refused to give her card number to a complete stranger over the phone. At this point the caller hung up.
