RESERVATION REWARDS has taken $9 from my checking account for 4 months now. I just discovered it yesterday. I called the 800 number listed on my bank statement. A customer service agent reluctantly cancelled my membership. I asked for a refund. He offered to give me one for one month.
I told him I wanted all the money refunded, because I didn't know I was signed up and didn't utilize the service. He checked with someone and said he could do it, but it is not their practice. I think this happened when I ordered movie tickets through FANDANGO. I will see if the $36 gets credited to my checking account. I hope so, before they go out of business.
