I booked 3 ticket Toronto Glasgow, for May 4 (arriving May 5 at 8:15 A.M.), return May 12 at 10:00 A.M..
They send me a confirmation: departure May 4th, returm May 5, departure at 10:00 A.M.! I may as well stay in the plane.
When I called to have them rectify this non-sens, after 90 minutes of waiting they agree to make the change with a fee of $750.00, without penalty:- (
They charged my credit card. I filed a compaint with Better Business Bureau and I am requesting a $750.00 refund.
