Sadly I'm not composing this mail as some form of thanks for work very well performed but like a criticism towards the terrible support that I've obtained out of this company also to let you know that now I'll never conduct business with and SBC service or product or am I going to recommend any ...

AT&T Long Distance USA
Outsourcing their customer service

Telecommunications FM 0

In the past, I was always pleased to speak with a cordial, English speaking representative. Today, however, I got a non-native English speaker. I had ...

Telecommunications Murshitha 0

I'm having a terrible customer service experience from tmobile so far as it has $75 of my money. I was a happy camper when I was with Cingular except their customer service which I feel is very good compared to what I'm going through with T-Mobile now. I was told that T-Mobile had the best customer ...
