ATT disconnected my Web, through no-fault of mine. I got more than 16 times to show it on. I got ATT 4 times simply to discover the support was switched off. They made me purchase a new device - the aged one was good. They send 4 various technicians - that didn't alter any cables, hard-ware or something. And in the end this the Web went a couple of hours 6 occasions various in 3 months, and today the pace is extremely slow.
