I, Talat Mehmood customer of PTCL No 92642468122 that's mounted in Fraction No 6 Team Nest Govt. Technical Training Company Train Street DG Khan document criticism against PTCL and DSL Regulators DG Khan as under. Our DSL Bundle of 1 MB was transformed into 2MB without obtaining my permission or excitement. I've approached many time for you to PTCL and DSL Regulators DG Khan especially Mr. Qais sb in control DSL DG Khan to be able to recover my 1MB Bundle, but sorry to indicate that neither DE Phones Mr. Sheikh Nazir Sb or Mr. Qais Sb in control DSL DG Khan obtained my written demand regarding recover my 1MB Bundle against my PTCL No 0642468122 on21-03. PTCL and DSL Regulators DG Khan made me moving rock. I am of the viewpoint that there's a strong Mophia that won in PTCL and SDL division DG Khan, PTCL and ATISALAT appears helpless, inadequate and immobilized before them. None of them overcome or manage them.
You're therefore required to please try looking in towards the issue, maintain an enquiry, repair responsibility against officials/authorities found responsible in this instance and purchase to redress my issues at an earliest.
