No phione number to call the mdirect

I bouth a cell phone from lightinthebox warehouse a week ago there saying i never paid for the item i did verifed with my back after tons of emails cause there is no dierct line to conact a live person i get one email back saying that order phone oput of stock this is over a week later after i am explaining i paid for it. This has been a huge run around and im still getting freakin nowre.
