I've been having support issues with sprint phones for the past 8 weeks. I've spoken with many reps, techincal support persons and administrators. All of them tell me the serivce must or maybe restored by march. The primary problem is they refused to provide credit to my account for this interruption of service and they insist the bill be paid entirely monthly promptly. They tell me to take the telephone right into a serivce middle and also the servie middle informs me to pay for $50.00 with our incusrance and they'll send it out for your major firm to check out it. It's not just my phone but my husbands and many of my friends aswell. Clients should be reimbursed for dropped calls, texts not coming through, voice emails postponed or not being received, community usually being busy and calls not having the ability to undergo.
