I've been voiced to many brokers in the payment call-centre department about my issue. Denise about the 24022010 at 11:30, situation nr: 2467335 and Mandisa Dlokweni about the 25022010 at 10:25, she exposed a brand new situation identification nr: 2467810 and phone ref nr: 43883460. Equally assured mean email with regard of our discussion and also the conformation concerning the wrong payment which an adjustment should be created on my bill using the situation identification numbers. I'm still awaiting the emails. I terminated my agreement as from 0101 but I had been provided airtime for January. I created many calls to form this out and about the 08012010 the airtime was suspended on a single and about the 09012010 the airtime was suspended about the additional telephone. Our telephones were created prepay as from January. I obtained a merchant account of over R3700 about the 13022010 for that airtime of the two telephones along with a phone purchase. I deliver an email and my boy called concerning the account which the phone purchase was acknowledged on my consideration, however the bill for that airtime and itemized payment to get a prepaid account was quit. I've send emails and called to obtain this fixed out but still my issue isn't categorized out actually faxed the billingmanager, got no solution.
