I have had Straighttalk just for more than 2 weeks. I have plumped for the endless prepaid strategy at $45/month. About 3 times before my first monthis support was because of end, I acquired a text to replenish my telephone "at this time".
I did so that after which discovered anything peculiar. Our first month ended on December 9th so when I reloaded my telephone, I had been provided a speech prompt that my phone was today great till January 4th. Well... I might be aged and silly, but Dec 9 to Jan 4 ain't thirty days.
After I EVENTUALLY got to a live person at customer support, the woman read from the software and not mentioned something in my experience. "We enjoy your decision to visit Straighttalk", "we would like our clients to become pleased". I actually donot believe this lady recognized or talked English (though, she says it perfectly).
The purpose of the diatribe would be to alert people to not refresh your telephone till it ends and turns down. Should you refill before this time around, ALL leftover moments and/or times are ELIMINATED! No reimbursement... Nada... Zero... Zipper... Zilch.
The corporation is delivering texts to obtain individuals to replenish early after which tear them down. Easily had it to complete once again, I'd not have eliminated with this particular organization.
