I requested Vonage, and not connected it-up. Named to determine what I really could do to obtain a return. Was told I had been from the reimbursement time by 8 times. After shouting and requesting boss, I had been informed to come back the container, and that I might obtain a complete refund. I did so that, and after several (8) calls and several hours on-hold, I had been informed TWICE with two diverse verification figures that I'd get a return. It was over a period of time from 12/08 til today 3/6. I had been informed again-this day that their pc was along and could be called when it got up-to provide me my reimbursement status. I am not keeping my breath.

I really hope no body does any enterprise with this particular organization. They're situated in several places around the world, and therefore are really unorganized, and that Iam confident are studying in the software that claims "inform the client the things they wish to notice, but never provide them with discounts"
