Harassing phone calls day and night

Siince March the above mentioned telephone number calls my cellphone as much as 8 times each day. The only real moment I actually talked to these 2 men was the very first time they named plus they explained these were searching for cash I owed for them for publications

(that we never bought) and do not owe anything to anybody. They contact all-hours of your day and evening.

How do you understand this ceased? I've been about the "don't contact" registry since 2003.
