I've had the consideration with this specific organization for around 4 years. We've had a perfact paymet background. Today I needed to shut the consideration and that I named on September 20th, they believed to ask March 15th, because of some present they could not shut the consideration till than, and so I named on Oct-15, they believed to contact after half an hour or send mail to customer service. I sent mail and that I named again, this time around they stated phone at nighttime or after to stop the consideration!!! I suppose there's no way to avoid it!!
