We've a boy imprisoned at Vienna Illinois. We've him calling collect from time to time through the corporation. Today they state that they are able to prevent his calls since our child who existed in Iowa had a telephone bill years back with Qwest which wasnot compensated. Which was when she was committed. She lived around for some time this past year and her name was on our Frontier consideration however it was likewise within our title. We've usually paid our telephone expenses and can't know how they are able to do that when it's not our consideration which was never settled.
