Support constraint problem

At the conclusion of starting or September of March I came across my support have been limited - I had been unable to check on my voice-mail. Because of economic issues, I had been unable to spend my statement (~$276) after I meant to. After I could spend my statement, I approached "customer support" (CS) to locate a certified cost heart. Not or think it, THEY DIDN'T KNOW! They recommended I visit WalMart and obtain a cash g (at a price, obviously). Therefore, upon coming to WalMart, I closed to be able to get support restored my telephone off as recommended. I examined my voice-mail while support was repaired. Lo and see, there is a note from Run/Nextel allowing me understand they'd provide help in obtaining my support repaired everywhere from $300 off my statement to 15%. I named the number they offered me (866-766-5035) plus a reference range. And so I was on-hold for 10 minutes and named. A note arrived on saying I really could contact another quantity (866-954-7644) in a later period. I named the Next quantity about one hour later and was placed on store for 40 units (fortunately I had been studying a guide and had my headset). 4 times were gone back into line by our phone. I named the first amount back and eventually hung-up. After being for another 10 moments on-hold, there arrived a note on and explained, 'because of complex issues, please try your phone another period'. Since I'd previously settled my statement they never got my phone. Since I have had previously settled my statement I named the first quantity Thurs, March 5 and was informed, there is nothing they might do for me personally. After bitching, the man claimed he might provide me a-5% credit (a massive $13!).

Therefore, my support have been limited and that I cannot examine my voice mails. Run/Nextel believed it'd be adorable to depart mean unobtainable concept understanding full well I'd unable to make the most of their 'supportive' present. Why did not they get this to present after I had voiced to CS the very first time (about one hour before I settled my statement)?

And So I sent a on Thurs Oct 5 via their online site. I obtained a contact (julziexo@google) stating they'd make every attempt to deal with my criticism in 24-48 hours. Easily did not notice back within 48-hours from their store, I had been to answer the e-mail plus they might I would like to understand the position. The next Wed Oct 11 (6 nights later), I responded towards the e-mail (combined with the following range - NT20061005_0000003838). Today is Mon Oct 16. Do you consider Run/Nextel by any means has approached me? They definately must alter their slogan (their present slogan is, "Wherever clients come first"). Exactly what a fraud.

Also, after I closed the agreement, I bought one more telephone and support for my 14-year old child. Your figures vary by 1 quantity, with quarry sequentially arriving first being the 'admin'. Somehow my kids quantity was transformed towards the 'admin'. Upon calling this to alter, they stated they've NO method of performing this. Huh?

Had I recognized Nextel might combine with Run, I'd HAVEN'T authorized the agreement. Is not that named' baitandswitch'? Our support continues to be exceptionally shitty because the combine including fallen calls (that we did not have with Nextel) and late speech emails (as much as 4 hours).

I'm not buying 'free-ride'; I recognize it's my obligation to pay for my expenses. Being just one parent, economic issues do occur and also the only connection with my child is via telephone. I thought it'd charge as much and so I terminated our land-line to truly have a property line as mobile phones. I can not watch for my agreement to end

Oh, I simply wish to declare I actually donot blame the workers who are customer support representatives, I blame the larger advantages for that bad guidelines they set up and also the requirements established for jacking clients around. I am sure a lifestyle of luxury is living and donot care their pockets get covered. I'm sorry for that workers who experience they've to work with this type of shitty organization although no option.
