I've read a lot of grievances round the web about skype. Recently I lost 1.30 hours on looking to get credit for calls that didn't function but still billed (including association costs). The moved me 4 occasions between various division when every time they held me forever requesting my deatils and if they may contact me by my first-name. One man from Bangalore couldn't actually talk correct Language. Long story like everyoneis.
