DO NOT join this Gym it's a SCAM!!! I joined 2 years ago and paid in full up front and they kept kept my credit card on file unbeknownst to me for 2 years. I was told if I wanted to renew I was to let them know and I would get the same low price again for another 2 years. I hardly went to the gym because I had injured my knee and was dismayed to find they had automatically started charging me on a monthly basis more than I had paid before after I thought my membership had ended. They knew I wasn't using the gym and when I phoned no manager was on site and was told someone would call me back which no one did. A friend who had signed up with me was unaware she was also being charged and so she emailed her resignation in and received an email back that the head office has closed and someone would eventually get back to her. I called the gym again and was told it's in the contract that you signed that we automatically renew your membership if you don't cancel. Okay so if you automatically renew my membership why am I being charged more when I was told I would get the lower per month rate that I had before Furthermore you have to go into the gym and sign a release form and you have to give them 30 days notice si I am being charged for 3 months for nothing. This is a huge money grab... DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM it's not worth it... Go to a community center.
