I purchased a Membership for the year for $650.00. The problem was that every time I go there the wait times are over an hour. I feel that they shouldn't offer memberships if they cant accommodate the members. I had requested a refund for my membership because I cant use it plus they close so early at 7PM. They gave me a refund of 550.00 but heres the thing I was handed a check and was told that I can never shoot or step foot back in there establishment??? Thats ridiculous!!! I have
never in my life heard of such poor business practices. Thats like me going to walmart with an IPad and returning it and being told I can never shop at walmart again. They made me feel as a criminal!!! I didn't steal nor start any problems I just simply asked for my money back since they close early and they are way to busy for there members.
Just a Heads up people! Great Range but bad manager skills there. I'm not even sure his manager even knows hes conducting business this way but he sure should! He has me in his office telling me treat others the way you want to be treated and blah blah and I'm just standing there thinking are you kidding me? I more expected to just go in the store and pick up a refund for the membership with. We aplogize for the wait times but we hope to see you again in the future. I understand the range is busy and thats why I had suggested in my email to them maybe they should do away with the members and offer a frequent shooter discount. Apparently the manager said that my email was rude but in no means was I rude I just simply wanted a refund. He then began to go on and on how I made him look bad to his boss and blah blah. I had then posted a review on a board about my experiences and have been being harassed bad. I know its the Manager or the co worker. There is no way this girl would just happened to know everything right down to the statement told to me in the office as well as me being cut a check for a refund. With that said just watch out for this company only because the people they have working for them are harassers. Again they did in fact refund me but to the extent I cant use the range because they gave me a refund all because the range is really busy with 1plus hour wait times non members I was told nearly 2 hours.
