I purchased a $99 target using the Pacific Bow Butts internet web site on 9/27. I received a couple of "I'll get back to you" type emails, but have not received the target I ordered and am unable to contact the vendor and get a response. At first I thought it was a case of a small business owner being out of the office for a day or two, but now (October 15) I am doubtful of the honesty of the vendor. I'm currently out $99 with nothing to show for it.
