We ordered several Go-Karts on May the 10th, We were told over the phone that they were in stock and they would be delivered within 15 days. Three days later we got a phone call saying that are not avabilalbe., after we were told by the sales person they were looking at the product and we even asked if an adult would fit, the sales person told us to hold and he supposely was setting in it and told us a 6 foot man would fit with no troulbe getting in. Now they are offering us a different kart that we dont want and would not work for us.
My order was over $5000.00 and still no refund. I have contacted my credit card company and they are going to help if we can't resolve the promblem. We started doing some research today and most of the websites we pulled up that offer go-karts for sell (all with different names) go back to Safer Wholesale. So i called and asked if they had that Kart in stock and I was told they had it and would ship it right to me. This worrys us, we are still waiting for a response from this company and are hoping that they are going to do right. If I were you be very careful if you are thinking about ordering from this company. We will let you know the outcome
