I registered (I settled 1st, last & registration fee) after choosing my closest friend & mom-in law on the visitor move subsequently registered my spouse (I settled 1st, last & registration fee), but after 7 days my partner decided it had beennot the gym for him. Therefore our 12 yr-old child questioned if she can begin exercising & was informed I really could move my spouse account to her despite the fact that she was under-18 from the area supervisor, and so I had my child & spouse arrived at do the move & they wont get it done. They explained I'd to stop my partners & purchase my kids account - 1st, last & registration fee. But I bitched a match about being told they'd move the account, and so I told them I'dnot spend the registration charge simply the first & last months. We returned & next and that I eventually told them when they did not provide me need I'd like that myself, closest friend, mom-in law, step-daughter & my spouse would all stop our subscriptions and visit another gym due to their mistake and never praising what I had been informed. They ultimately decided to renounce the registration fee. However now whenever we obtained our kids card its for the cheaper account not the stone account all of US have or that I'm spending money on, and so I visit the leading table & tell them of the account problem & was informed that it had been a mistake & they'd possess the supervisor consider it to truly have the account transformed & a brand new card could be released. Therefore today three months later however no fresh card, therefore again I visit the leading table and also the same man is there & I ask him why my child has not obtained her fresh card however and he requested another man about this and he explained oh from the you (obviously cause I am noisy & do not care who learns me or is about) he informs me our area mgr & asst mgr told you because you did not spend the registration charge her account might just be government not stone (despite the fact that they are getting me the stone value) so i Inform him... Huh no they did not & my mom-in law & child were equally standing alongside me the entire period I acquired her account. And so I requested due to their corp# & the area mgr title. Our entire encounter at Exercise US continues to be terrible, something after another, obtaining the run-around. I am considering additional gyms... No further Exercise US for me personally or my loved ones.
