If you get an email from Innovative (company name as of Thursday April 1,) if you view www.bbb.com better business bureau, they have different info about this company, they have 6 other complaints on them and review usacomplaints.com rip off report they have 26 reports from other people like me that has found employment there this company. I have read all the compliants, I asume they are true. They sent me 2 emails there career builder, saying that my profile fit what they was looking for in my region, after the 2 email I decide to call. I spoke with Rebeeca Watkins her number was 866-554-7304 to setup an interview. I drove to Charlotte on Thursday, meet with Lindsey Bedford, Rebeeca Watkins, her office was really empty, had a desk, chairs, they had books, posters and coupons that the company sold to local schools and college. The women that interview me was dress profession, they went there a couple of question about my back ground and resume. I ask serve question myself, 1 was website info to view company (we dont have a website RED FLAG) 2nd question why is the company name Innovative, but getting paid by Advantage (well Innovative pays your base and Advantage pays your commsion) 3rd question when does training start (after trail period RED FLAG but thought well I can get it try then, about hour of question Lindsey told me they interview 6 people, that I was the best canditie for the job and to call Miacheal Feeney Friday morning at 11 am. The ladies sent me home with a folder containing Innovation sales pitch, sign up forms and 1 poster board from the university of Tennessee 2010 I call Michael Feeney, he said to call him Mr. Feeney okay Micheal no Mr. Feeney Yes Michael they wanted you to call them by their last name lol I only give that treatment to older gentleman and women that I have meet and respect. I have been employed by 2 other company they exceed 700 million in sales they never aak to be called by their last name are we in grade school.
On Friday called Michael Feeney aka MR FEENEY, his insturction was to write down 60 schools and college in a 60 mile raduis from my home and to email them at [email protected] then wait 1.5 hours then call back for more instuction about monday morning after I sent the email 3 times, gmail kept coming back saying the domain was not user address (Red Flag again) So I call Mr Feeney, some other gentleman answer said he's not in, but can I help you yes who am I speaking with, Larry O'Brien call me Mr O'Brien okay Larry no Mr. O'Brien, I heard you the first time Larry. Then Larry told me two different things from what Michael Feeney said (red Flag) Larry said go Monday morning to a closet school from your home and call me. I will be sending out info to you from the schools today (FRIDAY) that you sent in (I thought to myself you didnt reviced the list because the domain is not a res user, but I continue think something is wrong, maybe by Monday things will be in working order. The weekend went by, looking forward to Monday morning (Gf ask question are you excited, I said: this company is shady, something not right, they cant send emails out like promise, will not returns calls in a timely manner) Monday morning called no answer, voice mail, called voice mail, Im still waiting on email, I also called Lindsey voice mail, they give me an email address domain user not found (red flags are flying high now) called Larry again got there. I said Larry were is my emAIL YOU PROMISE on Friday, let me check about 3 minutes go by, he came back let me have your email address again and I will send it in 5 minutes this was at 9am and LArry said call me back when you get the email. (If I own a company just hired a new employee, if he has not called me back after an hour I would call and see what is his deal) finally at 3pm I got an email from advantagepromo.net Im over writing this story, I could go on and on, but if you read other like this you find the same statements that I have said in the above letter.
