These individuals contacted my personal cell phone, claiming to be NFL former quaterback Doug Williams. He stated that he was the new general manager of a new team in the UFL named the Virginia Destroyers. He then explained that he was currently the Global Director of youth football for nike. He contacted one of my former co workers which is a coach at a university. He stated I was recommended by my former college coach for a position with Nike as a regional director for youth football for Nike. I received several emails and spoke with this guy posing to be Doug Williams. He set up a date for us to meet after several conversations. The day of the meeting he didnt show, but he did try to get a lot of information from me for HR purposes. After a no show for the meeting, the number he gave me no longer worked and no response from his email. This guy and whoever he is working with are big name droppers. They even sent me legal documents with a well respeceted law firm stated on the papers. This guy sounds a lot like Doug williams, so be aware. It a scam to gain access to your finances.
