I ordered a dozen baseballs from BaseballBargains.com of Brentwood, NY for a Christmas present for my son. I thought the baseballs would be sent to me in a shipping carton.instead, they just slapped shipping labels directly on the box of baseballs and covered it in tape. The box is not very sturdy and as a result of going through UPSs system, it is battered and worn. It looks horrible and I cant wrap it and put it under the Christmas tree. I have contacted BaseballBargains.com by phone and email to complain and suggested they send me an undamaged box to repack the baseballs in, but, so far, have not received a response. If you are planning to buy a gift for someone, you may want to consider doing business with someone other than BaseballBargains.com
