October, 27 2010; ordered tickets for national finals rodeo, Las Vegas, December 5th performance, on line from www.teamonetickets.com. Received confirmation email. Seats, section and row listed on the email. My shipping address was correctly listed on the email.
November 22; 1 week before departure for Vegas noticed tickets had still not came. Called 1-800-800-9494 (the number listed on website and confirmation email) all week long... And got no answer. Called again Monday Nov 29, finally got a customer service person. He said tickets were being sent Fed Ex that day, he gave me a tracking number. Promised it was overnight service and I would have tickets before departure 3 days later. Even though I suggested he FedEx them to the hotel where we were staying in Vegas instead, he insisted I would have my tickets.
Today is departure and I have no tickets, the tracking number still doesnt exist. I think these guys are a scam!!! They dont answer their phone, there is no voice mail for them to call you back, there is no email address listed on the site for alternate contact. I guess I'm calling visa to see if they can help me get my money back!
