soon as the item will be at stock. I have been sending a message to this seller for 3 months without any
success. The last month the user IGNORED TO ALL MY MESSAGES AND EMAILS.
According to this I have done a research on the internet and found multiple reports of individuals who became victims of the same company selling sport goods using the same strategy and tricks. At this stage I must point out that we are talking about organized fraud, and THE HIGHEST INVESTIGATION LEVEL should be applied in this case. At this stage we are talking about a company who has been causing financial frauds to individuals since 2005.
I strongly recommend to consult this case and testimonials (see below) with your Paypal managers. I have always believed that Paypal is looking after safe transaction aswell as safety of the seller and buyer. This is the point where ANY policy exceptions should be applied, since this type of fraud is being present since 2005 and if you don't apply appropriate actions, this type of future frauds are going to happen in the near future.
According to the testimonials, other individuals have already contacted Paypal due to this incident. Please send me what are my options for resolving this ripoff.

Three months ago, I found a Martin Firecat Bow on the Unlimited Outdoors website and placed an order. PayPal transferred the money
from my debit card immediately. Nobody contacted me for specific details of my order (ie. Bow poundage, right hand/left hand). I called and emailed them with the information. They told me that the vendor was swamped with orders and that it might take a few weeks (I tried to verify this later and found out that this was not true). Last several times I tried to contact them, no calls or emails were ever returned.
