I recently registered Exercise 19 in Grayslake, Illinois in-May, and also the General Director there, Steve, established me-up with one of his true new coaches that only graduated from university. He's had me on the plan for around five months today, and that I could not be much more happy. I have tried different gyms before, but this gym is straightforward, clear and also the team is pleasant and accessible if you require them. I recommend this gym for anybody that simply requires a spot to exercise recreationally.
