Ordered and paid for a custom gunstock, never received stock, GAGS Co won't refund $276.00

Last June I ordered a custom stock from Henry Pohl. I had done business with him before with no problem. It's been 11 months and ALL I have received is excuses and lies. I have asked for a refund, via E-mail and registered letter with no response. I am also filing a report with the F.T.C.
