Gun was advertized used, as new on Gunsamerica called co they said just like new made an offer they said no. Waited a week made another offer, they said no gun was like new. So i broke down and called real nice gentleman assured me the gun was like newand i paid for it with discover card, FFL dealer got it we looked and the stock was split and they had smeared glue on crack. We called they said boss would call next week and he did and said he would see that I got my money back when i shipped it back. I said send me money to shipp it back. Then it turned ugly I had to shipped it back or he was turning my ffl deaer and me in as stealing a gun that i paid for and woulnt send it back. As it was I called Discover and even tho they lied about the gun by law I had to ship it back. Cost 37.75 out of my pocket for believing them and you cant get ahold of gunsamerica. I AM going to write NRA and let them know also ATTORNEY G. Of mich and try to put add in their local newspaper. I guess he knew it would cost me and would be stupid and keep gun, neat and slick way of getting rid of junk beings they have no morals or just lairs
