Golds Gym
Poor manage

I've never witnessed such piss-poor administration/customer service when I did with Golds Gym in Broken Arrow, okay. I went in to the Gym 8 weeks before to trans my account to Tx or even to cancell it "no matter which I have to do". I talked using the GM "John". Once he discovered I had been attempting to stop my account issues improved. Then he set me off and had me talk to another person within the gym. Which should have now been my first idea. I tried many times "about 8 times" to contact him "wouldn't return my calls". I visited the gymnasium "he was usually to hectic once they called back and informed him who had been searching for him. I'd contact again, his respons " in assembly, on phone and so forth. Okay, I'm certain he was occasionally or " And So I believed" But I'd abandon my amount "no-return calls". This continued for nearly 8 weeks. I eventually visited another area in Tulsa, okay and talked using the GM there "Martin" POOF in two moments my issue was solved. Martin told me it was and it is an ongoing this and described he was really sorry for several my initiatives and shed of time. Another supervisor at Woodland Hills likewise explained how sorry she was for my wait and explained if "I" might have found them first or had talked with the Procedures Director at Broken Arrow "Jones" that none of the might have occur and issues might have been set to begin with.

After making Woodland Hills I called back again to Broken Arrow to provide "Ron" a peice of my brain. Nevertheless, once more he was from the Gym. When I was going to hang-up I requested the woman who responded the telephone easily might consult with "Jones" concerning my termination. She recommended me that "Johnson was having a member-but she'd provide him my range. I chuckled "thinking oh child it should be a Broken Arrow factor".

But to my shock about five minutes later my cellphone rings. The individual about the different finish launched herself as "Jones" and stated he was returning my phone mention of my termination.

I told Jones I what I'd experienced and was grateful that Broken Arrow had a minumum of one great supervisor. Jones was extremly sorry for my issues and questioned if there is something he might do to alter my brain about my cancelation.

When I told him in the beginning I simply wished to move my account to Tx but following the issues I experienced which was no method in heck I'd stick with Golds.

If that is a continuing issue when I was recommended from Woodland Hills subsequently "Ron" must be dismissed. Not provided a caution but dismissed. I will asure you I'm not alone that's issues. Any supervisor that's that sluggish WOn't ever change as to the a great supervisor ought to be and also to maintain him might display piss-poor reasoning and also the insufficient customer care.By all means feel liberated to contact me. I'll not include my number for this website for each pervert to make contact with me but Woodland Hills has my range. Simply inquire about the x-associate that shifted to Tx month and desired to stay an associate until I'd the truly amazing possibility of assembly Ron.

Through the years I've observed excellent company drop the pipes due to piss bad mangement. Over time Broken Arrow is likely to be some of those company if Golds doesn't do the best point

Great customer support is possibly anything you've or don't have. If Golds enables this, they are showing me yet others what Golds is truly about. Only remeber Golds wants people to pay for your income. Without pleased people you've no gymnasium, no gym means no-pay check.

Regarding The Woodland Hills Administration and also to Jones at Broken Arrow continue the great work!
