Albright Direct LLC Refused to Honor Return Policy

I purchased 2 reels from Albright there Bugatti & GP reels both reels have tight spots in there drags and The GP's inner rubber ring snapped after only pulling on the line to test the drag.

I contacted Michael Kahn the CEO/Owner Albright Fishing at first he was cool and stated just return the items. FYI: I had to return the reels on my own dime. After returning the items he states:

After inspecting the returned items they do not qualify as resalable and we will be returning them to you tomorrow.

What a joke the items were brand new never fished in mint condition.

Dont buy albright gear they dont stand behind there products!!!
