Summary of events: 1-Placed order online 03/03/09 withTactical Gun Armory: WAWAP10001FC Walther PPS 9mm -$592.00 2-Although it was listed as instockon the website, I receieved an email 03/05/09 stating the pistol wasback ordered. After six months of being on back order, with multipleinquiries by phone with Joy and Crystal, I cancelled myorder in September of 09.3- Since that time I have made at leastsix calls, again with Joy and Crystal, requesting that my credit cardbe credited for the cancelled order. I was eventually told that thesupervisor Will was the only person who could address it, andyet I have been told he is not available. 4- Placed a billing dispute with mycredit card company on 11/09/09.5- Filed complaint report with Better Business Bureau 11/24/09STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUPLICITOUS VENDOR
