I placed an order with Grapplers Gym on August 3rd for the following item:

I have also sent multiple emails to Grapplers Gym and Mr. Mike Fry (as these are the two email address I was able to find regarding this company. I have sent them messages regarding the dvd not being delivered and to this date I have not received the DVD or a response to my inquiry as to where and when the dvd was shipped.
I would still like to receive the dvd I ordered however the company has not responded to ANY of my requests and has not produced any evidence that they have sent the dvd. I feel I was deceived and I want my money back.
