I orderd an excercise DVD form these people and it was going to cost only $6.91 free shipping. After about 6 e-mails from them telling me the dvd was currently unavailable they cancelled my order. I wrote back and thanked them for letting me know and that i would check my credit card online to see if they gave me credit for it and in the process i found out they had charged $119.95 on my account for some 6mo. Membership i never knew i had supposedly joined. When I called them they said they would talk to their dispute manager to see if he could refund my money. He worte back and said it was no-refundable since I had agreed to it. I never saw anything saying I agreed to anything like that. They are not sending me copy of my order form which i have asked for and they sent me a copy of a welcome letter saying about the membership I joined but it didn't have the date in question. Now they have suddenly changed their policy to charge $19.95 a mo. For memership. I do[n't know what else tod o about this except let people know they are not to be trusted in theri transactions.
