I am a former Pilates Supervisor for just two Equinox Groups/4 years. Within the last 7 weeks EQ has created an enormous change of administration, developing a new placement for Kristin Gagne, the present GFM in Woodbury, they created her a local. With this specific, Kristin has utilized her placement to flame all the aged/unique team that created/makes the 3 groups effective. I had been surprised when my work seemed on Craigslist, my 2 groups exceed objectives. I had been dismissed in Feb., my unemployment was refused, since EQ stated I mis-aapropriated resources&I'd drawn 2 deals required from the customer/associate; which my GM accepted. I've been expecting a "Reading" day within the surfaces and so I may re claim my unemployment benefits. I still don't have any work. EQ continues to be not able to re fill my place. Irrespective of my Mgr. Part, my GF courses were likewise removed, that I trained under a separate department. Because my shooting there has been many others all wil exactly the same issue w/Unemployment. Substantial levels of people have reported towards the boss & CFO, they never react, or has time answered in my experience or corporate. Both groups are declining due to Kristing Gagne & no body is walking directly into manage the grievances/issue/lack of income, or did they actually attempt to assist realize why this type of person all being release. Kristin has changed many teachers with uncertified teachers (yoga teacher/Roslyn: Susan Potter, doesn't have cert. & is teaching).
I have to gather my unemployment &/or function. This shooting was unwarented.
