I submitted a withdrawal request on feb. 5 for $300. (three hundred dollars) and haven't received this request to date. I made approximately 7 phone calls, 3 faxes and 2 live chats to inquire. I have been told that it's in their "processing unit" and to be patient on evry one of my requests. I was then told on march12 that they wired the money into my acct on feb. 12. Which i never receved nor did my bank ever receive such a wire.
I submitted my banking statement that they had requested (feb. 1- march10) showing that i hadn't received any wire transfer.
If indeed they had sent the wire why didn't any of their reps state this when i inquired on numerous occasions from feb12 - march 12?
They're full of it and have been giving me the run-around for these last 2 months, " i should be patient and their processing units still working on it".
I would appreciate any help u can provide in this matter and to let the public know what is happening to me can happen to them, being ripped off!
