Charged credit card for video of jumps - failed to deliver videos or refund for three people in a row - despite promises by "jack" - then threatened us if we ever called them again

In mid-September I paid for three people to skydive (myself included).in addition to the jump fee, I paid an additional $95.00 per person to have the jumps videotaped and photographed.

No videos were ever received. We still have received NO VIDEOS AND NO REFUND.

Since I paid for all three, I contacted "Jack" (self proclaimed 'owner') by telephone. He indicated that he would refund the money to my credit card the next weekend. He would not provide a last name.

Three weeks later, I telephoned Jack again. He then claimed that "... The photographer says he called you." I had not spoken to the photographer (name not provided). We still had not received a single video. I indicated that I would prefer the videos if he could produce them and deliver them to us. Othewise, I would need the refund processed as previously promised.

"Jack" indicated that he would "... Take care of it or get you a refund." We asked how long it would be, for it had been months since the jump. He said "... Do what you gotta do." and hung up on us.

Last week, I called "Jack" at (918) 225-2222 and asked about the status (now more than six months since the jumps). He swore at me and said "I stopped working on it. Not giving you anything." and he hung up on us.

Shortly thereafter, he left a voice mail on my answering machine threatening me to "NEVER CALL AGAIN."

They fraudulently charged $293.55 to my VISA, specifically for the Video/Photography. Stalled us so as to exceed the timeline (120 days) in which VISA could reverse the charge, by promising the refund or the video if we would be patient.

All I ever asked was for the videos OR a refund. Clearly, they never intended to provide either.

This guy is an unethical, disreputable operator. He charged me for a product/service he did not deliver and does not intend to deliver, then he refused to honor his own commitment to refund the money.

Adding insult to injury was being yelled at and threatened if I were to ever call again seeking the refund owed for the product he KNOWS was never delivered.

Other aspects of this operation:

When asked, no one could produce or show an airworthiness certificate on the airplane in which we flew. The website does not show an email or physical address. The owner and all the staff refuse to provide last names, even when asked.

I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing complaints with the FAA, the airport management, the US Skydiving Association, as well as VISA. I will be seeking relief through the courts if necessary.

The amount of the RIPOFF is not much, but the PRINCIPAL IS HUGE! How many others have they used this stall then bully tactic to make an extra undeserved buck?

From the way he treated me and my friends (all successful local professionals over 40), it is clear he does not value customers or his business.
