I ordered a pair of soccer shoes that were never shipped. However, the company wasted no time billing my account. I cancelled the order after 3 weeks and no shipment. I received a cancellation notice yet after about 6 weeks, I have not had a response, even though they promise to email within 24 hours, nor has a credit been issued.
I not only cannot manage to get a credit issued, I can't even get a response. After checking back, there is no phone number or address listed. The charge appeared under paypoint, not Soccer Fanatix. Please do not order from this company!!!
