This individual will tell you he is trying to get rid of this equipment.in our case football helmets and shoulder pads. He offers a great deal and says he needs to get it out of storage by the next day or he'll owe them another $1,400.00. He allows you to pay a down payment of 1/2 price. You have to wire cash Western Union. The equipment never comes and if he sends a money order, don't cash it. It's fraudulent and just sent to buy him time to scam other unsuspecting people / teams.
He picks up the money at different locations in Florida. He calls himself James Terry and says he works for a radio station in Florida. His cell phone number is conveniently a Las Vegas pre-paid phone.
PLEASE don't fall for this scam or anything similiar. It's true, if it sounds too good to be true, it's a scam. I was a fool and I really hope he gets caught and justice is served. I honestly don't know how some people sleep at night.
