Bally's is closing this location on the 31st of October. We were told that we would be able to cancel our contract due to this closing. However, when we called the headquarters, they said that since there's another Bally's within 25 miles, we can't cancel. The other club is inconvenient and it is inferior to the one we have been visiting. We feel that this is a violation of our rights as consumers—they are basically forcing us to pay for something we don't want.
