I sign up to get a membership and I used this 2 week pass but trade it in to get the membership so I gave a down payment so the monthly charges would be lower.
I never went to ballys at all this was about 1 0r 2 weeks and I needed to pay the rest of it with in 10 days But I wanted to cancel and just get my money back because I just don’t have time It was $40 dollars of down payment.
I called and they said that I could not get my money back. But I never went to ballys and I just want to get back my money. Thank you.
