I purchased a set of replacement grips for my Beretta 21a from Pierce grips. The right grip is so inferior that the hammer will not operate when the trigger is pulled. I have emailed Pierce grips 3 times with no reply in the past year. I have tried to call at least 5 times and keep getting a recording that they are doing inventory. For the past year. There is no service after the sale. The way they word their warranty on the package. They are not responsible for or guarantee anything including the quality of their product. I wish I could have seen the package before buying. But this is what happens when you buy from a website. I learned to buy from a gun shop for now on.
