Approximately April an agreement to give Fred sibley 75 grand plus the trade of the two race in exchange for a full put together jet funny car. The contract was supposed to come 10 days later. Never did, I kept asking fred to send me one, via phone.
The 75 grand check was cashed by fred sibley jr and have both copies as proof on front and back of the check. Come january the car still wasnt done and asked fred again to send me the contract. He said i dont have a contract and all he could give me was a serial number to certifiy it with NHRA which really pissed me off.
Thought the deal was done when we sent that orignal check which i have copies off. Now in march we wanted more money, i am asking him why. He said it was an accountant pentalty for something couldnt really explan what and if we didnt send it our jet car wouldnt get done. I sent him money order for 3 grand with PAID IN FULL jet car for Sean Aberman 0 balance owed.
Now come 2008 now he wants 5 grand more to do the car. I refuse to pay this man any more money. He is playing games with us. We scheduled a trip this year back to florida to check on the car and forwarned Fred Sibley Jr what days it would be well in advance A month and a half to be exact. He said ok. He refused to give us his address until we got down to Florida.
When we got down there he still wouldnt give us his address. We went to manatee county sherffis dept on 4/25/07 and they refused to help us. They talked to Fred got his story but didnt let us give any information prior to this and just told us t hey couldnt help us that it was a civil matter. The manatee county sherffis dept gave us freds address, so we left and tried to get into freds shop.
When Sean arrived, fred made it hard to see the truck.insisted on telling us we were low lives. We just gave this man 98 grand in money and he calls us this. Anyway, he wouldnt let sean take pictures of the car as proff. What i believe to be true is that fred sibley and a gentelmen name Gary giard owned mobile jet blast llc.
They open up a business, to shut it down once they get the money and dont deliver on this. They fail to get a contract which goes to prove my point that they never intended. Fred Jan of this year informed us that Gary Giard and his girlfriend stold 25 grand of our money and now he refuses to build the car.
I am without 78 in cash and 20grand in cars. I need serious help and I cant get help from the sherfis depts. This money is my daughters Courtney Lees, mine, and Sean Abermans. This was to build a jet funny car for a motorsports. Please help.
Fred told us that unless we pay 5 grand more hes going to cut the car up in pieces. He said that we could not touch him and he will get away with taking this much money from us and that we wouldnt be able to touch him. This is alot of money to lose and i cant afford to.
I have documents of a check for 75 grand front and back signed by Fred Sibley and money orders as well.
