I ordered snow boarding equipment for Christmas. It didn't fit. I contacted them to return and after two weeks of getting a mail box is full message I actually got a live person who gave me an RA# and instructions for returning the equipment. I followed the instructions to return it, including a $20 money order as a restocking fee.
They never credited my credit card or provided any merchandise/store credit and do not respond to phone calls or e-mail. You cannot get a live person on the phone.
This site is a total scam and noone should order anything no matter how good the product or price.
