Trident Pontoons, aka Trident Florida Trading Company, Trident Florida Trading Company LLC, Trident Florida Trading Company L.L.C., Robert H. Cunningham, aka Robbie Cunningham, and a possible slew of other derivatives was given $80,000.00 in March to build a glass bottom boat for my company to be delivered in October. As of this date November 27th and two court dates so far I have not recieved either a boat or any money back. Because I am in the tourism business I spent almost $250,000.00 promoting this venture.in talking to other boat builders around the state and others that were ripped off by this con, I conclude that I will probably never receive a dime even when I pursue my lawsuit that has been changed in venue to Lake County in Florida. I am only writing this so that others may not lose as I have. This has been a heartbreaking experience as well a close call to financial ruin in December. I am back on track now but I would like to warn others to steer clear of this company if you need a tour boat built.
