Ragged Mountain Equipment
No returns permitted, you buy it, you're stuck with it!

I've dealt with this store for years and never had a problem. However, this summer I tried to get an exchange for an unsatisfactory product. The exchange was for a more expensive item and I was willing to pay the difference. The store refused to provide either the exchange or a refund. My credit card company, ATT Universal Card, couldn't get a refund from them either.
The co-owner says his store isn't like EMS or LLBean. He's correct! Don't deal with merchants like Ragged Mountain Equipment.
