Very poor equipment mantainance, slow repairs, dirty lockers & showers, ripoff Chino Hills

There is a consensus that the Chino/Chino Hills LA Fitness facility should be dubbed "OUT OF ORDER". When equipment breaks (as it frequently does), it often takes months, not days or even weeks, for repair or replacement. This applies to bothe electronic and mechanical exercise equipment.

Showers, bathroom areas, and the wet sauna are often dirty and sometimes moldy. Cleaning seems to be an afterthought. The soap offered for use in the showers appears to be the absolute cheapest possible.

It is understood that some members are pigs and just don't care about cleaning up after themselves, and that is shameful. However, this is the nature of the beast and the facility should be managed accordingly.

Years ago when I became a member it was not like that. Current conditions are not what I signed up for.
